Move Complete!

The move into the new location went really well! Sorry the update took so long!
We’re finally done setting everything up! It took a little longer than we’d anticipated, but we’re up and running now! ^_^ Emails are being answered, so please be patient with us this week, as we have a lot of emails to go through, and a lot of orders we’re working on, so the response is still a little slower than normal. Update

This has been a crazy week at limebarb.com!

Barb has been out of town on business for the week. And our secretary has been away from the office dealing with a personal crisis.

We have also been informed that our lease for our workspace is running up. We were planning on renewing the lease in March, but the landlord has informed us at the last minute that our lease will not be renewed. So limebarb.com will be moving at the end of March! This has set us back a little, and today and tomorrow we will be looking for a space to move to.

From Wednesday forward we will be back on our normal schedules, with everyone in the office during their regular shifts. We will be working our fannies off to get everything caught up though! We are sorry for any minor delays that this has caused, but rest assured, we are working extra hard this week to stay on schedule! ^_^

We will be posting tracking numbers and some pictures of recent orders shortly!

Most of us will be out of the office all week, and Barb will be gone until Thursday. Emails will be a little slow, but bear with us!

Limebarb.com will be launching our official forum in February! It’s something we’re all really excited about, and it will be a great place for our customers to give reviews, chat with other cosplayers, and get special tips from Barb!

We still have some availability in April for commissions, so if you need a costume for ACen feel free to check out the request a quote page and email us!

Just a note that everyone but Barb will be out of the office from January 29, 2009 until February 2, 2009, so emails will be slower than usual.

Hey Everyone!
Just so you guys know we’ve been having a slight computer difficultly, but we are getting through emails slowly. We’ve been installing QuickBooks, which will make us super organized, although the set-up process is slow and painful.  We’ll be updating the blog tomorrow with TONS of tracking information!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey guys!

We’re all going to be out of the office until December 2nd and I will be on a real vacation for the first time in a year!! So I won’t be in the office at all either. So, needless to say, emails will not be responded to until the 2nd, and if anyone purchases from the store, those orders will ship on the 2nd.  I hope everyone has a fabulous holiday!
